Rent a one bedroom room in a four bedroom house. I am a female student leaving SJ for the summer (June 1st- August 15th) and need to rent out my room. It can be furnished/unfurnished..what ever you want. Move-in dates can be a little flexible if you need earlier.
The other people in the house are AWESOME! They are all students and work in the area.
The room is a decent size room, with closet and you have access to some room in the hallway closet, nice corner unit with two windows (gets great breeze). You share a bathroom with a male roommate but he is clean and very good about putting the seat down :)
It is a big house, great kitchen, big living room, garage, parking available in driveway and on street. We do have a dog, Ruud (a boxer). He is a fun, loving puppy.
Rent:$625 for June and July, $275 for August
(does not include utilities--electric, water, Comcast TV and internet)

This is a great place if you are a SJSU student and need to move off campus for the summer and then move back to the dorms.
