We have two fully furnished room with brand new furnitures in a nice newly remodeled home. The larger bedroom includes a closet, post bed, dresser, night stand, desk, fireplace with large mirror and a private back door entrance. The 2nd room has a closet, bed and a desk. We are particularly looking for college students or working professionals. Our property is only a few blocks from San Jose City College and 5 minutes from San Jose State University. If you go to SJSU, we have a private parking lot 1 block away from the school that we will let you use. This will save you time and hassle looking for parking, not to mention money on parking permit. Our property is also conveniently close to De Anza and Mission College. Right off 280, 880, near 87, 101 highways. 4 minute walk from the light rail and very close to both Bascom Hospital, Valley Fair and Santana Row. - $800 per room will cover electricity, water, garbage, laundry, Comcast cable and internet broadband. ($750 if unfurnished)
_ $900 Larger room, unfurnished is $850 (Couple ok) Add extra $100 for couple.

- Our house features a full granite kitchen and eat-in counter. Our kitchen faucet and shower head comes with a water filter so you never have to worry about using chlorine water. Fully tiled bathrooms, hardwood flooring througout the house. Living room include new sofa, amoire with TV and DVD player. You will only need to share the living room with one roomate. There is also Comcast cable in your room if you have your own TV. We can provide extra DVD player for you if needed.
- You will share one bathroom with one room mate. The house has 4 rooms altogether with two bedrooms on each side of the house. We live in the back wing and have our own private door and living room.
- We all will share the kitchen. However, we work most of the time and hardly cook. When we are not working, we travel, therefore, we are hardly home. We have lots of kitchenware, herbs, spices, ingredients, etc.. for you to use at any time.
Both rooms will be available in September. Flexible leasing options.
