Hello, I'm a female full-time student at SJSU. I'm looking for a place to share or a cheap apartment near campus for next year. I'm quiet and very cleanly. I'm reasonable, respectful, and direct about my issues (drama is not worth my time or energy). If you'd like to hunt for an apartment with me, I'm game. If you have a room open for rent, also send me an e-mail.

I'm looking for:

female-preferred households
students or young professionals
infrequent partying (I need to study, and I don't drink, so it's not very enjoyable for me to have a party raging outside my door)
non-smoking
no drugs

I'm looking to move in August, and at the earliest late July.

I have one cat.
