Hello,
My name is Enrique, and I'm looking for a room to rent, range $300 - $500, by the end of March (when my lease is up) or sooner. Unfortunately me and my roommates must move out of my current house by the end of March and I need to find a place to live ASAP!
First off a little about me. I'm 23 yrs old, I'm a junior at SJSU and I'm a full time student majoring in Art Animation. I also work full time at a bakery for about 4 yrs now. I currently share a 3 bedroom house with 3 females and 1 male, 1 girl is a current SJSU student studying communications and another girl is a SJSU business major graduate. I'm a pretty laid back, positive, social person, I love to just sit back and chat with people and make new friends. Like most guys I love playing video games when I'm not at work or doing homework of course. I like to work on my car so I would love to have my own parking space. As a hobby I like to film and edit movies, if I wasn't doing animation I'd be learning more about film and theater! I'm very clean and tidy, I always clean up after myself and never leave a mess. I like to stay active so I go for early morning/late night runs when I can. I always pay all my bills on time, I have references that can confirm that (my current landlord and roommates). I like to cook once in a while because I believe every guy should know a little bit about cooking right? I also have a sweet girlfriend who I've been with for 1 1/2 years, who would be visiting me from time to time. I like to drink socially and I'm 420 friendly. I'm pet friendly also. I would prefer to be around students around my age, male or female doesn't matter.
