We have a room coming up for rent on Feb 1. and are accepting applications. We live in a 3 BR 1 Ba house in Japantown, roughly 5 blocks from campus. The house is in good shape and mostly furnished. We have a small but clean kitchen, laundry facilities, backyard and garden and there is plenty of parking as well. We are looking for someone who is responsible, has a job and goes to school. With utilities, cable and internet the monthly cost is around $850. We split everythig three ways.

As for us roommates, we are two brothers 31 and 18 both have jobs and go to school. Socially we are pretty laid back, but financially we are very responsible. The managment company requires a credit check, proof of a job, rental history and references.

Sorry, no pets or waterbeds.
