Hi, searching for someone who is in need of renting a room as soon as possible. Preferably move in July 1st. My boyfriend and I live in one room and would like to rent out the other room. My current roommate is moving out and I am in need of someone for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt located across the street from campus. The apartment is fully furnished (minus your bedroom furniture) and full kitchen privileges. I prefer that you are very clean, respectful, nice, and a single student at SJSU or full time employed person. Please let me know if your interested.
