We are looking for someone to fill 1 vacant room in our beautiful home located off capitol and aborn. It's a beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home in a quiet neighborhood. We do not have a preference with gender/sex, but we do prefer ages 21-29 years and employed with good credit. Light drinking occasionally is okay, and smoking outdoors is okay. No illegal drugs. No pets unless caged. Payment is monthly, and the rooms are available now to move in, but don't have to pay rent until April 1st for the month of April. The deposit for the 6 month lease (which is renewable) is already covered. There is a 2 car garage, with space on the side of the house for 2 more cars and the driveway fits three cars (7 cars on property total). The house is mostly furnished but still has room in living room and dining room for more. The vacant room is completely empty. We have wireless internet that is secured. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, microwave, small oven, double sink, refrigerator and freezer, 4 stove top, food processor, blender, etc. with all kitchen utensils (but more wouldn't hurt). The back and front yard is beautiful and perfect for spring/summer BBQ's. We are close by beautiful parks with running tracks, basketball courts, tennis courts, grassy fields etc. and only walking distance! The place is beautiful, but you have to check it out yourself!

I currently occupy the master bedroom with my girlfriend and a 25yr graduate female occupies the other room. We are both 22 (almost 23) years old, both full time students and work full time. We are both junior undergraduates at SJSU. We are easy to get along with, organized and clean, fun, open, and understanding. We are very prompt with keeping up with bills, and we expect the same. We aren't the super party type college students, but we do believe in birthday and holiday parties, and we invite friends and family over so roommates must be open to meeting new friends and family. We do not smoke or do drugs, but drink on special occasions (not drunk). We aren't loud, or quiet. My girlfriend LOVES TO COOK, and when she cooks, she cooks for the whole house.
