Self-funded startup in bootstrap mode seeks a dev manager/dba/architect to work in a social networking startup with video delivery over the web. We are very small and early, but have a prototype and a revenue model. The candidate should be willing to work for long-term compensation/equity. Job:

We need someone to select the components for video delivery (architect), do hands on sysadmin/dba work of installing and testing the components, and be a development manager from the technical perspective (review code, and make sure it is well-architected and of good performance). The person should work well with product management who has designed the product and is managing the developers from a functional standpoint.
BA/BS in Computer Science
3 years experience, in successful implementation of video delivery over the web.
LAMP tech stack.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS
Drupal a real plus.
